Upgrade Your BBQ

Summer is in full swing and we are loving it! Trips to the shore, nights on the boardwalk and back yard BBQs are on everyone’s To Do List, but often the burgers and hot dogs become a bit mundane. We have 4 inspiring recipes to help upgrade your BBQ this summer. Give them a try and let us know your favorite.

Greek Chicken Kebabs
This one is from Cooking Classy and is perfect for people who love grilled chicken, but want to change it up! Very healthy but packed with flavor. Pair Greek marinated chicken with peppers, zucchini and red onion. Add a homemade tzatziki sauce (or buy store bought like we did!) and you have a full meal, all on the grill. Click here for the full recipe.
Shrimp Boil in Foil
This is our favorite right now! All the flavors of a traditional Shrimp Boil, but with customizable ingredients. Shrimp, Sausage, Corn and Potatoes make this another full meal on the grill with absolutely nothing to clean up! If a guest doesn’t eat shrimp or sausage, just leave that ingredient out of their individual foil packet. And anything with Old Bay always becomes a favorite for us. Click here for the full recipe.
Balsamic Garlic Grilled Mushrooms
We love just about anything on the grill, but we often want something new to go with our grilled meat selections: enter these balsamic garlic grilled mushrooms, amazing with a steak, chicken, even salmon. The grill gives these mushrooms a smoky flavor that goes wonderfully with the balsamic vinegar and they are extremely quick to put together. Just remember to marinate them for 30 minutes or so before they go on the grill. Click here for the full recipe.
Brown Sugar Grilled Pineapple
With 2 ingredients, these are the easiest, sweetest dessert you can imagine. With these you truly can make an ENTIRE meal on the grill, dessert and all. You just need a pineapple, some brown sugar and a grill pan and you are ready to make this sweet treat. Click here for the full recipe.
Happy Summer and Happy Grilling!
